1. The BA Miles will be awarded onto your account once you have been approved and you have made your first transaction. Credit Cardmembers will receive 1,000 bonus BA Miles. Please note that it can take up to one month for bonus BA Miles to be awarded to your account.
2. American Express may vary the %APR, interest rates and other charges from time to time. Minimum monthly payment 2.5% of the outstanding balance or £5, whichever is greater. A minimum credit limit of £700 will be available. You may pay off your balance in full at any time. The standard interest rate is typical 17.9%APR variable (1.39% per month) for goods and services and 27.9% interest p.a. (2.08% per month) for Cash Withdrawals.
3. For the Credit Card, you will be awarded 1 BA Mile for virtually every £1 you spend. BA Miles are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers Cheques purchases, Foreign Exchange and Express cash transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for dishonoured cheques, late payment or referral charges and American Express Credit Card finance charges. 4. Subject to availability. Taxes, fees and charges remain payable. Terms and conditions apply. Once members reach the applicable billed expenditure target on their BA/AMEX Card (the "Target"), they will receive a Companion Voucher, which must be exchanged for a Companion Ticket and outbound travel taken within 12 months from date of issue. Cardmembers must have accrued the Target within a 12 month period ending each year on the anniversary of their Promotion Commencement Date. Companion Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. One Companion Ticket per Cardmember per year. Companion Tickets are not extendable. Redemption Flights and Companion Tickets may only be used for flights on British Airways mainline services which have a BA prefixed flight number. Travel on franchisee, codeshare or alliance airlines is not permitted. Return flights must be booked at the same time as the outward journey is booked. All travel must originate in and return to the UK.
5. If you are not an existing British Airways Executive Club member, and wish to apply for the Card, you agree that American Express can pass some of your data to British Airways for the purpose of enrolling you as a British Airways Executive Club member. You also agree that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of the Executive Club found at ba.com

These benefits do not form part of AESEL's contract with you, but AESEL will aim to inform you 30 days in advance of any changes to the available benefits which may be to your detriment. One of the benefits currently available is the benefit of contracts of insurance made between AESEL and certain insurers, including Purchase Protection and Refund Protection. You will lose these benefits if you cease to be a Credit Cardmember. Exclusions apply. Full details of the insurance benefits currently available can be found in the Summary of Benefits document which will be provided with your Card.

1. No rebate is payable in any month in which the minimum payment is not received by the due date. No rebate is payable on cash withdrawals, interest, fees, balance transfers, amounts subsequently re-credited to your account due to refunds, or expenditure in any one month exceeding the amount of your Credit Limit. No rebate is payable if you end the agreement before the relevant Card Anniversary date. Subject to the above a rebate of 5% will be payable to you by us on all transactions made in the first 3 months up to £200 and applied at the same time as any annual rebate. An annual rebate on the aggregate amount of all transactions (other than the exclusions stated above and any introductory offer) will be payable to you by us and calculated at the following rates, 0.5% for aggregate amounts up to £3,500; and 1% for aggregate amounts from £3,501 to £10,000; and 1.5% for aggregate amounts in excess of £10,001.
2. American Express may vary the %APR, interest rates and other charges from time to time.We may offer you the opportunity to request Balance Transfer(s) from time to time - we will charge interest on all balances that result from Balance Transfer(s) at the standard rate of 18.9% per annum, 2.08% per month on a daily basis until the amount is fully repaid to us. For example we reserve the right to refuse any Balance Transfer requests including Balance Transfers from overdue accounts, exceeded Credit Limits, overdrafts, loans, HP agreements or any Amex accounts. We are not liable for any overdue payments or interest incurred. 2. If approved for the Nectar Credit Card you will receive 5,000 Nectar bonus points when you spend a minimum of £200 on goods and services purchases within 90 days from account opening. Plus double points will be accrued everywhere you spend for the first 3 months of Cardmembership only. American Express may vary the APR, interest rates and other charges from time to time.
